In 12-hour ‘race’, birdwatchers identify 53% of Goa’s bird species
Fifty-two birdwatchers, who came together to count as many bird species in Goa as possible within a 12-hour time period, recorded 256 different species, which is 53% of all bird species documented in Goa as of April.
