In Navelim, Muslim votes clinched seat for BJP’s Tuemkar Mujawar finished fourth securing 2,622 votes and trailing Congress candidate Avertano Furtado who polled 3,806 votes. AAP’s Pratima Coutinho and RG’s Bento D’Silva trailed Mujawar.
