Irrigation scam: Punjab vigilance bureau seeks permission to probe 3 ex-IAS officers
The Punjab vigilance bureau has sought prior permission of the state vigilance secretary under the Prevention of Corruption Act to further investigate allegations against three former IAS officers in multi-crore irrigation scam pertaining to the SAD-BJP combine’s 10-year regime.
