JD(U) leader Aneel Prasad Hegde elected to RS uncontested
JD(U) leader Aneel Prasad Hegde (61) was on Monday elected ‘uncontested’ to the Rajya Sabha from Bihar in the byelection for the single seat, which had fallen vacant after the demise of JD(U)’s seven-time Rajya Sabha member Mahendra Prasad alias King Mahendra on December 27 last year.
