Jharkhand: Bandhu Tirkey convicted, loses MLA status
Congress MLA Bandhu Tirkey from Mandar on Monday lost his assembly membership after he was convicted and sentenced to a three-year jail term by a special CBI court in a disproportionate assets (DA) case.
