Jharkhand: Second phase of panchayat polls today
The second phase of three-tier panchayat elections will be held in the state on Thursday as the poll-bound districts dispatched teams to booths on Wednesday amid tight security. The polls will be held in 12,648 seats across 872 panchayats in 50 blocks in 16 districts.
