Jilted lover holds 3 of family, 6 cops hostage in Bettiah
An over 7-hour-long hostage crisis, in which three of a family and six police personnel were kept captive at gunpoint, was brought to an end by deft handling of the situation by the Bettiah Police on Monday. Ironically, the man who held them hostage claimed to be a Bihar Police officer aspirant.
