Karnal: Pak handler paid Rs 50L for delivering IEDs, pistol
The four men who were arrested with explosives and firearms in Karnal on May 5 had received Rs 50 lakh from various sources, including via hawala transactions, over the past couple of months, according to investigators in security agencies probing the case.
