Kejriwal meets Punjab babus 'bypassing' Bhagwant Mann
AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal faced a barrage of criticism Tuesday for "running Punjab with a remote", with opposition parties alleging he bypassed CM Bhagwant Mann while holding a meeting in Delhi the previous day with Punjab chief secretary Anirudh Tewari and other senior bureaucrats.
