Loans raised by Himachal: Cong stages walkout
The atmosphere in the house became heated by the sloganeering of the opposition. Jai Ram Thakur said that Congress government took loans beyond the prescribed limit, whereas the present government has taken loans less than the prescribed limit. On this, Congress MLAs created ruckus and later staged a walkout from the House in protest.
