Locals kill leopard after it injures 13 people, 64 booked
A young leopard was beaten to death with sticks by angry villagers after it injured 13 of them at Kathotia village under Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary on Wednesday. Police said on Thursday that 64 people, including 10 women, were booked in connection with the killing of the three-year-old leopard.
