Lucknow: 2 cops, journo held for running extortion cartel
Two constables with Madiaon police and a local journalist were arrested on Saturday, busting a well-oiled extortion syndicate in the city. Those arrested included constables Anil Singh and Sudhir Singh and their aide Shivansh Mishra, who writes for a vernacular daily.
