Lucknow: LMC garbage vehicles ply sans number plates
If any citizen meets with an accident with garbage transportation vehicles deployed by LMC there is a strong possibility that even after filing a police complaint the accused driver will never get caught. Reason: Most of these vehicles are plying without registration number plates.
