Lucknow youths open celebratory fire near DGP Hq, held
Hours after video of a youth blatantly opening fire in the air near the high-security DGP Headquarters on Shaheed Path went viral, a red faced Lucknow police got on its toes and rounded up two youths. An FIR was registered them on Friday night.
