Man found dead in Ballia with throat slit, limbs tied
Tension prevailed at Hemantpur village in Bairia police station area of Ballia district after the body of a man with his throat slit and limbs tied was found near a railway track in the locality on Thursday.The deceased was identified as Hareram Ram (52).
