Mandovi riverfront hoardings: HC issues notice to city corp
The issue was highlighted by senior advocate and amicus curiae Saresh Lotlikar who stated that CCP has to clarify if the hoardings on the riverfront are permitted and if not, what is the action proposed by CCP. The petition relates to illegal hoardings coming up within the road widening areas of national and state highways and major district roads.
