Mauvin directs police to be lenient, give motorists 30 days to get PUC cert
Given the rush at pollution check centres, Goa police and transport officers have been asked to be lenient and not impose fines on motorists for a month for not possessing a Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, said transport minister Mauvin Godinho on Monday.
