Michael Lobo, Digambar Kamat vying for opposition leader post in Goa
Calangute MLA Michael Lobo, who helped Congress touch the double digit figure of 11 in the assembly elections, has been the front-runner for the post of leader of opposition even as Margao MLA Digambar Kamat, who formerly held the post, has not given up, a source said.
