Mohali: Juvenile paid Rs 9 lakh to 'fire a cracker'
The juvenile accused of being a part of the Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) attack on the intelligence headquarters at Mohali told cops that he was lured with the Rs 9 lakh offer for "sitting in the car to fire a cracker", according to Mohali police sources.
