Must not delay panchayat polls: Calangute MLA Michael Lobo Leader of opposition and Calangute MLA Michael Lobo on Sunday said elections to the village panchayats should not be delayed any more because of the OBC reservations issue.He told reporters at Parrar that there had been ample time for the government to have sorted the issue of reservations of wards for OBC candidates. “They knew the panchayat elections were due in June. The government failed to do this. The OBC commission should have done this. I feel the OBC commission only can do this exercise and this exercise requires time.
