Nagpur: Consumer forum awards 3 years jail to builders
A bench comprising president Sanjay Patil and members Smita Chandekar and Avinash Prabhune also directed the builders to pay Rs 25,000 fine each and in case of default they will remain further six months behind bars. Both were told to pay Rs 20,000 to the complainant Bhargav Ingle towards the litigation cost.
