National Green Tribunal stay on Shimla development plan
Taking the Himachal Pradesh government to task, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) has stayed the controversial Shimla Draft Development Plan (SDP), 2041, which was cleared by the state cabinet last month, and also issued a notice to the chief secretary, asking him to file a reply within a month.
