New findings may lead to a legal crisis in Hry univ
In a significant development that may lead to a serious legal crisis in the functioning of the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Science (LUVAS) at Hisar, which was established by the Haryana government in 2010 with the transfer of some departments from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), it has surfaced that the transfer of such departments to LUVAS was in non-compliance of statutory provisions.
