NIO, Canada institute to explore collaborations in ocean research There could be possibilities of scientific collaboration with Goa’s National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) and Canadian research and academic institutions. A delegation of the Consul General of Canada visited NIO this week to explore potential bilateral collaborations in ocean research and suggested a series of interactions in future to mutually develop specific fields in ocean research.
