Nitin Raut blames Delhi returnees for fresh Covid surge in Nagpur
In a statement that may raise eyebrows in Delhi, Maharashtra energy minister Nitin Raut on Monday blamed people arriving from the national capital for the fresh surge in Covid-19 cases in the city. Raut also said he has instructed the administration to aggressively conduct contact tracing and testing at the airport to prevent further spread of the deadly contagion.
