No material to show accused prepared fake docus: North Goa Court 
A North Goa court has granted conditional bail to Vikrant Shetty, 44, from Gogol, Margao, the first to be arrested in the alleged multi-crore land scam case. The court observed that there is no prima facie material to show that the accused himself prepared the documents.“The police case diary shows that there are other people involved who may have knowledge of these articles and knowledge of other facts,” the court stated, adding that the accused has been in police custody for five days.
