On counting day, 3-layered security at Panaji centre
North Goa collector Ajit Roy said on Tuesday that counting for all 19 constituencies in the district would commence at same time at government polytechnic, Altinho, Panaji, on Thursday. Roy said that counting of postal ballots will start at 8am, followed by counting of EVMs at 8.30am.
