Panchayat poll result on August 12, code of conduct in force, says Goa state election commission 
The state election commission on Saturday announced the schedule for the election to 186 village panchayats in Goa, stating that voting will be held on August 10 and counting on August 12. With this, the model code of conduct has come into force.
