Panchkula: Drunk IG held for thrashing shopkeeper
Controversial IPS officer, Inspector General of Police (IG) Hemant Kalson has been arrested by Panchkula Police on charges of thrashing a handicapped shopkeeper and ransacking his shop in an inebriated state. Kalson was produced in court on Friday and sent to jail for 14 days, said the police.
