Patna: Civic workers threaten strike from Aug 27
Over 2,000 sanitation workers observed a daylong strike on Saturday in support of their 'long-pending demands', resulting in a complete halt of garbage collection and disposal system in the city. The sanitation workers held a protest march that started from Patna Municipal Corporation's headquarters at Maurya Lok Complex under the banner of Bihar Local Body Employees' United Front (BLBEUF) and Bihar State Local Body Federation (BSLBF).
