Patna: Free emergency services at IGIMS find many takers
Saving a life is the first priority. Registration for treatment in the health facility could be the secondary formality. Working with this new approach to provide free and instant treatment to those rushing in critical condition to its emergency and trauma department, the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) has been witnessing large number of patients for the last two weeks since the department was strengthened with duty of super specialist doctors, new facilities and increase in the number of beds from 80 to 100.
