Patna HC issues arrest warrant against Subrata Roy
Despite Patna HC’s order, Sahara chief Subrata Roy failed to appear physically in court on Friday. Irked over this, a single bench of Justice Sandeep Kumar on Friday directed for issuance of arrest warrant against Roy, so as to compel his attendance in high court during the next date of hearing on May 16.
