Patna HC questions mushrooming of Nidhi companies
Taking cognizance of allegation that more than 500 Nidhi companies are functioning in the state under the “self-styled nomenclature of bank”, the Patna high court on Thursday asked its registry to make Economic Offences Unit (EOU) of Bihar police as a necessary respondent in the matter.
