Planning bodies must send draft ODPs digitally to TCP dept: Bombay HC to Goa 
The high court of Bombay at Goa has directed all planning and development authorities (PDA) in the state to send draft ODPs in digital formats to the town and country planning (TCP) department. Advocate general Devidas Pangam said the TCP department will then upload the draft ODPs within a week from the date of publication of notices under section 35 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974. Pangam further stated that the TCP department will comply with this provided the respective PDAs forward the draft ODPs in the digital format to it.
