Punjab Agriculture University VC row: Purohit says he'll seek legal advice
In the ongoing face-off between Punjab governor Banwarilal Purohit and Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government over the appointment of the vice-chancellor (VC) of Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), the former on Friday cited court rulings to claim that as the chancellor, he had a definite role in the affairs of the state varsities, adding that he would seek legal advice if the state government doesn't listen to him.
