Punjab allows firecrackers for 2 hrs on DiwaliIn the light of Supreme Court and National Green Tribunal directions, the Punjab government has decided to allow bursting of firecrackers only from 8pm to 10pm on Diwali. Only green crackers will be allowed for sale through licensed traders.
