Punjab and Haryana HC expunges 2006 strictures against then Rewari CJM
Reversing its order of 2006 in which strictures were passed against a Haryana Judicial Services officer for "deliberate misconduct and arrogance," the Punjab and Haryana high court has not only expunged the remarks but has also ordered the judicial officer must be paid Rs 1 lakh as litigation costs.
