Punjab: Builder booked for fraud, son held
Police have booked a leading builder and Sunny Enclave owner Jarnail Singh Bajwa, his son Sukhdev Singh Bajwa alias Sunny and his HR manager Deepak Sharma on charges of breach of trust, cheating, fraud, criminal conspiracy and misrepresentation of project papers and layout plan.
