Punjab Cong resolution backs RaGaPunjab Congress delegates on Wednesday passed a unanimous resolution, urging Rahul Gandhi to take over the party reins as its national president. The delegates also passed another resolution, authorising party president Sonia Gandhi to appoint the PCC members, delegates and presidents.
