Punjab has highest forest area under encroachment in region
As Punjab continues to remain in news for encroachment of government land by high and mighty, Union minister for environment, forest and climate change Bhupender Yadav informed the Lok Sabha on Monday that Punjab has 9,008 hectares of forest land under encroachment.
