Punjab netizens run Twitter campaign against pollution
After recent reports of tubewells throwing up highly polluted blackish water at a couple of places, including at a village in Sangrur, and images of black water flowing in Ferozepur canal from Harike head works, Punjabi netizens took to Twitter on Sunday in a major way to rake up issue of water pollution in the state.
