Quake danger: Pb reviewing disaster management plan
The massive earthquake in Turkiye and Syria on Monday, which took over 4,000 lives and caused large scale disaster, has raised a concern in Punjab as half of the state falls in high damage risk seismic zone (Zone IV) and 45% in the moderate damage risk zone (Zone III), as per the tectonic features and records of the past earthquakes.
