Re-marriage: 'CISF man’s widow has to support in-laws'
The Punjab and Haryana high court has ruled that if the widow of a member of paramilitary forces is given a job on compassionate grounds after his death, she is bound to maintain parents of her deceased husband even after re-marriage.
