Reject repeated RTI applications, says Punjab info panel
With an eye on those moving repeated applications seeking information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act by suppressing the fact of earlier application and receipt of replies, the Punjab State Information Commission (PSIC) has directed to reject such application.
