Review of private forests in Goa 68% complete, says panel
So far, on-ground verification has been completed for 68% survey numbers from the additional private forest areas identified in Goa. This progress report has been submitted by the review committee to the state government. The review committee was formed to carry out verification of additional private forest areas in Goa, as identified by the Thomas and the Araujo committees.
