SAD to EC: Act against minister for canvassing in classrooms
The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Saturday urged the Election Commission to act against Punjab panchayat minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, claiming that he violated the election model code of conduct by soliciting votes for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Sangrur bypoll in the classrooms of Desh Bhagat Government Aided College at Bardwal in Dhuri.
