Smart City board reconstituted with chief secy as head
While the reconstitution of the board is a routine affair, the announcement comes just ahead of the state assembly election results. Panaji MLA Atanasio Monserrate and his son Rohit, who is the mayor of the city, are non ex-officio members on the board. Monserrate’s term as an MLA has come to an end with the state assembly election results expected on March 10.
