‘Special mention’ award to film friendly UP
Uttar Pradesh has won the ‘Special mention’ award for the most film friendly state at the 68th National Film Awards held in Delhi on Friday. State finance minister Suresh Khanna accepted the award from President Droupadi Murmu.
