SYL meet inconclusive as Punjab rejects Hry demand to build canal
Punjab and Haryana failed to make any headway in the impasse over the Satluj-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal even as Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann met his Haryana counterpart Manohar Lal Khattar here on Friday.
