To fight drugs, Punjab says enforce law in letter & spirit
To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its substance abuse programme, the Punjab health department has issued directives for comprehensive implementation of the Mental Health Act by treatment and de-addiction centres. The directions aim to plug gaps in the law's enforcement.
